19. Custom Audits

Custom Audits let your organisation run surveys and checklists that go beyond the standard hand-hygiene observations. You can build audits for infection prevention, PPE compliance, environmental services, medication safety, patient safety, and anything else your team needs to measure. Each audit is made of pages and questions you define, and results feed back into the same reports and dashboards as the rest of clearPath.

To open the Custom Audits area, go to Custom Audits in the left navigation. It is organised into the following sub-sections:

• Define Audits — create, edit, preview, and manage the audits themselves.

• Question Pool — a shared library of reusable questions you can drop into any audit.

• Response Pool — reusable answer sets (such as Yes / No / Not Applicable, Likert scales, or Net Promoter Score) that you can attach to a question.

• Categories — classify audits so they can be filtered and reported on together.

• Survey Invitations — send a tokenised link to a specific recipient so they can complete a survey without signing in.
