22. XML Compliance Data

Some regulators and health authorities accept hand-hygiene compliance data as a machine-readable XML file rather than a printed report. clearPath generates these XML compliance files for you, one per reporting period, and keeps them here so you can download them and hand them to whichever system needs them.

To open the page, go to Account | Advanced | XML Compliance Data in the sidebar.

The files are produced automatically. You do not upload anything here — the page simply lets you browse, download, and tidy up the files clearPath has already built.

22.1. Stat Chips

Cards across the top summarize what is available:

  • Accounts — the number of accounts that have compliance files.

  • Files — the total number of files across those accounts.

  • Total Size — the combined size of every file on disk.

22.2. Finding a File

Files are grouped under the account they belong to. Click an account row to expand or collapse its list of files. Use the Search accounts... box to filter by account name or by any file name within an account, and click the reload icon to refresh the list.

Each file row shows:

  • File Name — the file name, prefixed with an icon for its type.

  • Size — the size of the file.

  • Modified — when the file was last generated, shown in your local time.

  • Type — a badge showing the file format, such as XML or JSON.

22.3. File Row Menu

Click the three-dot icon at the end of any file row:

  • Download — saves the file to your computer.

  • Delete — permanently removes the file after a confirmation prompt.

Tip

Deleting a file only removes that copy. The next time clearPath regenerates compliance data for the period, a fresh file is produced.
