26. Training
Note
Preview feature. The Training module is shipping in preview and is switched on per account. If you do not see a Training section in the sidebar, it has not been enabled for your account yet — contact support@clearpathhealthsolutions.com if you would like to try it.
The Training module teaches your team how to use clearPath. It is organised into short lessons, grouped into tracks. Work through the lessons in a track at your own pace; clearPath saves your progress as you go, and once you finish every lesson in a track your account is marked trained for that workflow.
There are two tracks:
Observer Track — for the people who record hand-hygiene observations.
Author Track — for the people who build custom audits and surveys.
To open the module, go to Training | Overview in the sidebar. Administrators set up the lessons on the Training Setup page under Account | Advanced.
