20. Challenges, Badges and Points

The Challenges area of clearPath turns routine hand-hygiene observations into a friendly competition. You pick a goal (for example, “90% compliance this quarter”), decide who the goal applies to, set a reward in points and/or a badge, and clearPath does the rest — tracking progress in real time, evaluating every participant when the challenge ends, and keeping a permanent record of every point and badge that was awarded.

To open the Challenges area, go to Account | Advanced | Incentives and pick one of:

Challenges — create and manage challenges.
Badges — curate the badge catalogue and auto-award rules.
Points Ledger — the audit trail of every point awarded, redeemed, expired, or adjusted.
