Challenges, Badges and Points
=============================

The Challenges area of |APPNAME| turns routine hand-hygiene
observations into a friendly competition. You pick a goal (for
example, "90% compliance this quarter"), decide who the goal
applies to, set a reward in points and/or a badge, and |APPNAME|
does the rest — tracking progress in real time, evaluating every
participant when the challenge ends, and keeping a permanent record
of every point and badge that was awarded.

To open the Challenges area, go to :blue:`Account` |
:blue:`Advanced` | :blue:`Incentives` and pick one of:

* :blue:`Challenges` — create and manage challenges.
* :blue:`Badges` — curate the badge catalogue and auto-award rules.
* :blue:`Points Ledger` — the audit trail of every point awarded,
  redeemed, expired, or adjusted.
