Open Support Ticket
===================

To create a support ticket click, on the support icon (shown in red) at the top right of the screen.

Enter a subject line and a detailed description of the problem.  Leave the Include plots and configuration boxes checked
and press Send.

   Please note that if you can not access the web interface, but still need to open a ticket you can send an email to |SUPPORTEMAIL|.
